Job Description :
What you’ll do on a typical day:
Maintain records in accordance with established policies and procedures and all audit guidelines; participate in the development of new or revised standards and recommend new process improvements when needed.
Participate in cross functional teams and continuously improve procurement processes by identifying and leading efforts to reduce cycle times, improve service level agreements and reduce costs.
Continually look to reduce company costs and spend associated with Analyst-related responsibilities.
Utilize procurement software and data analytics tools to analyze procurement performance and supplier performance
Assist with identifying and assessing potential risks related to procurement activities, supply chain vulnerabilities, and market fluctuations.
Conduct research and market analysis to identify and evaluate supplier capabilities, financial stability, and performance.
Coordinate with suppliers to address operational issues, evaluate performance, and foster strong business relationships.
Identify opportunities with category management teams to optimize supplier partnerships and improve service levels.
