• Assisting in board agenda papers, minutes, maintaining statutory Registers as prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013
• Assistance in maintenance and updation in Statutory Records and Registers.
• MIS preparation.
• Assistance in Completion of Statutory filing.
• Assistance IEPF related compliance.
• Assistance in compliance of Private Limited Cos.
• Assistance in Preparation of Annual Report of Listed/Unlisted Company.
• Tracking of recent development in regulatory framework.
• Assistance in Handling shareholder cases involving transfer/transmission/deletion/duplicate etc. Maintenance of the Physical Records of the Company. Assistance in holding of Board/Committee/General Meeting. Other assignment as allocated.
• Obtaining DIN, Digital Signatures of directors
• Collate necessary information from various departments like Tax, Treasury & others
• Filing of various forms with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs
• Assisting in FEMA compliances with respect to FDI, ODI, PO
• To support in various secretarial matters
• Drafting stock exchange disclosures
• Reviewing shareholders queries and IEPF Matters
