HCL Summer Internship 2026 Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this internship, applicants must meet the following requirement:
- Graduation completed in any of the following disciplines:
- BA
- BSc
- BCom

- Other equivalent undergraduate programs
- Internship Duration
- Minimum Duration: 6 Months
- Maximum Duration: 9 Months
Key Responsibilities
Selected interns will be involved in a variety of operational and coordination activities, including:
- Supporting the interview and Versant assessment processes.
- Assisting with scholar engagement and assessment-related activities.
- Communicating effectively with candidates, students, and parents.
- Contacting potential candidates from the database and providing guidance regarding opportunities and assessments.
- Maintaining and updating candidate records, eligibility details, interests, and examination status.
- Scheduling assessments and interviews for applicants.
- Coordinating document collection and verification for offer processing.
- Conducting counselling sessions, webinars, and assessment-related activities.
- Participating in events organized by government bodies and other stakeholders.
- Assisting candidates during onboarding and coordinating related schedules.
- Preparing and submitting reports within the specified timelines.
- Ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance in organizational systems.
- Performing additional tasks assigned by the reporting manager or organization as required.
Required Skills

Important Information
- This is a Work From Office internship.
