Genpact Walk-in Drive 2026 Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Candidates should possess a graduation degree in any discipline. Law graduates are not eligible.
- Diploma holders can also apply.
- Freshers from the 2021–2025 graduating batches are eligible.
- Candidates with up to 3 years of experience in voice-based customer service roles can apply.
- Applicants should be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
