Diploma Trainee:
- Diploma in Electrical or Electronics – 2024 passing out students
- Freshers of less than one year of experience in a relevant field
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and address key issues with maximum integrity and professionalism
Your responsibilities:

- Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for Service activities
- Preparing all documents and customer reports to be signed by the customer representative. Utilizing all relevant tools and reporting work done promptly and following up when needed
- Troubleshooting simple equipment failure and making recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future. Identifying improvement needs in the way of working and communicating them proactively
- Proactively executing work on a first-time-right approach with customers and ensuring the job is done on time and on quality
