Availability to work full-time during the internship period.
Basic understanding of programming principles and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Familiarity with RPA technologies like UiPath and low-code platforms like MS Power Platforms.
Basic knowledge of relational databases and queries using SQL and LINQ.
Understanding of REST API principles.
Ability to analyse and understand business requirement specifications.
Familiarity in Agile methodologies.
Structured, organized, and process-oriented, with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

As a Process Automation Developer Intern within our GBS Automation Centre of Excellence (CoE), your primary purpose is to support the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions aimed at optimizing business processes and driving efficiency gains. This internship opportunity will provide you with hands-on experience working with cutting-edge automation technologies and tools. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals and contribute to real-world automation projects, gaining valuable skills and insights in the field of process automation.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the design and development of automation solutions using tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, Power Apps, and others under current automation toolbox.
Apply best practices in coding, testing, and deployment strategies, under senior guidance.
Participate in unit and integration testing of automation solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand process requirements and contribute to the full lifecycle of automation projects.
Engage in operational support tasks, addressing and resolving issues within the automation portfolio, under senior guidance.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, such as design documents and specifications.
Learn and adapt to new automation technologies and methodologies under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm innovative solutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of the CoE’s automation capabilities.
