Analysing the critical business scenarios, analysing the service level agreement objectives, developing the test scripts, improving the scripts by crafting/implementing -Parameterization, Checkpoints, Transactions, Reusable functions, Correlations, Actions/Blocks, Iterations, Pacing, Think Time, Designing workload model, Test Execution, Test monitoring, analysing the test results & preparing the test report.
Should have good knowledge and hands-on experience on application performance management, server logs and infrastructure monitoring tools like New Relic, Splunk, App Dynamics, JConsole, Visual VM, JRockit mission control, GC viewer, MAT, Fast
Thread, jStack, Jmap, JProfiler to locate, analyse and resolve performance bottlenecks in enterprise applications.

Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills; with the ability to communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Should be committed, result oriented, hard working with a quest and zeal to learn new technologies, take up exciting tasks in the project and explore new initiatives.
