Below is the JD for the BA:
Oracle Cloud Manufacturing functional Consultants.
The main skills we are looking for in the BA’s for this team are as below:
Technical skills: (Must Have)
- Functional Consultant with a specific ERP experience (mainly Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle E-business or Oracle JD Edwards)
- Very comfortable at the ERP tables or ERP data level discussion
- Strong understanding of the data flow across functions in ERP system
- Able to write simple SQL Queries (including joins) to be able to extract, review and analyze data for design and data validation.
Technical skills: (Nice to Have)
- Data Analysis
- Any design experience with ERPs
- SQL Intermediate skills
- Data Warehouse / BI reporting design and development experience
Soft Skills (Must Have):
- Great communication skills
- Ability to lead discussions on requirements gathering, design sessions with ERP, BI and Data Modeling / Data Architect Teams
- Be able to work independently and across teams.
- Very quick learner (lot of opportunities to learn, unearth and grow in the team)
- Accountability and Ownership for completing assigned tasks.
