Central Bank Of India Hiring 2025 Details : 

Educational Qualification:

Credit Officer in Mainstream (General Banking) (Scale JMGS I):

• A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University/Institute with 60% marks or equivalent grade (55% for SC/ST/OBC/ PWBD) recognized by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.

Note: The candidate must possess a valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate that he/ she is a graduate on the day he/she registers and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online

Selection Process of Central Bank of India Careers:

• Selection will be through online tests including Descriptive Tests and Personal Interviews.
• The structures of the Examination which will be conducte online are as follows:

Pattern of Examination: 

• Descriptive Papers in the English Language (Letter writing & Essay) may be evaluate by an automated scoring mechanism for identifying features related to writing proficiency.
• There will be no negative marking

Cut-Off Score:

• Each candidate will be require to obtain a minimum score in each test of online examination and also a minimum total score to be considere for shortlisting.
• Depending on the number of vacancies available, cut-offs will be decide, and candidates will be shortliste for further process.
• Prior to the completion of the interview process, scores obtaine in the online examination will not be shared with the candidates shortliste for the interview

Interview:

• The Bank will conduct the personal interviews of all the selected candidates after the online test.
• Total marks allotted for the Interview will be 50.
• Minimum qualifying marks will be 50% for General/EWS category candidates and 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD category candidates.

Final Selection:

• Final selection of the candidates will be based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the Online Examination, and Personal Interview.
• Final selection of candidates will be subject to the candidate being found fit medically to  the satisfaction of the Bank.
