Job description

- Compunnel Inc. is hiring for “Recruiter” for the US Market and seeking passionate individuals.
- Date- 28th – 29th Jan’25
- Mode -Walk-in- Drive
- Timing- 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Location – Plot No.3, 3rd Floor, Indira Place, Anand Fort, Jawahar Lal Nehru Marg, Jaipur, Rajasthan – 302017
- Note- should be Graduate & above (no backlogs) and should be comfortable to work in night shift
- Designation: Recruiter ( IT/Non-IT/ Healthcare)
- Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 4 AM IST
- Work Location: Work from the Office (Jaipur).
- CTC Range- 3.00 LPA- 4.50 LPA + huge incentives + free pick drop
- 5 days of working and Saturday and Sunday fixed off.
Candidate profile:-
- Any experience of working with US/UK or Canada process.
- Holds experience of working with Inbound/outbound process.
- Should have worked with clients/customers in the past.
- Comfortable to work in night shift.
- Excellent communication skills and a stable profile are mandatory.

~~~ Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings
~~~ Looking for a recruiter who can help us with our clients hiring. This person will be working in an individual contributor capacity with limited supervision
- US NON IT Recruiter –
~~~ Experienced in all aspects of full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, resume evaluation, phone screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
~~~ Expertise in sourcing/Tracking through Job Boards, social media, Networking, Referrals, and LinkedIn groups/Projects.
- US Healthcare Recruiter
~~~ Should be aware of Healthcare terminologies
~~~ Recruit for healthcare verticals (Nursing/Allied roles) – Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Case Manager, Medical Assistant.
