Who Can Apply Cornerstone OnDemand Off campus 2025
- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or MCA/M.Sc. Computer (or equivalent)
- Working knowledge in object-oriented programming in Java/other programing/scripting languages
- Knowledge in front-end automation framework. Selenium and Robot Framework preferred.
- Knowledge in web services and/or API Testing
- Knowledge in at least one scripting language
- A self-starter that is proactive, and highly motivated

This is the opportunity for the right software Quality Engineer with a talent and passion for testing and coding, to join CSOD’s testing team in the India offices at Pune. As a Quality Intern you will be working together with some of the most highly skilled Software Engineers in the software development business to create incredibly high-quality software for our customers.
In this role you will…
- Work in a cutting-edge agile software development environment as a Quality Assurance Test Intern ensuring the quality of the CSOD Classroom platform and its integrations with the SBX platform
- Will receive training to gain a technical and functional understanding of our product architecture and become part of our ongoing feature and enhancement development effort
- Working under a QE lead to contribute to the product testing cycles
- Write automated tests at the unit, services/integration, and UI layers, using Selenium, Robot Framework and many more of the software automation tools
- Analyze defects/test results and be able to deduct the chain of events leading to a failure to enhance software quality
- Assist in creation and review of rich technical documentation and online help
- Communicate critical issues and status updates in a timely manner to scrum team and other software test team members
