Develop and document comprehensive test cases based on user stories, covering both positive and negative scenarios, and include test data setup/configuration and expected outcomes.
Execute test cases efficiently and document findings using Jira Zephyr Test cases.
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to develop and execute automated tests, enhancing testing efficiency and coverage.
Troubleshoot issues in automated test scenarios across different systems, ensuring robustness and reliability.
Contribute to the creation and upkeep of all QA-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to enhance reporting mechanisms and process improvements.
Perform failure analysis, conduct routine checks, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Create and maintain detailed knowledge documents that outline testing procedures and workflows, promoting best practices.
Assist in educating the team on support processes and procedures and facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
Technical Skills:
Skilled in creating clear and accurate test cases, test scripts, and test results will be added advantage.
Committed to continuous improvement through experimenting with new test automation tools, processes, and methodologies.
Domain Knowledge:
Understanding of cybersecurity/information security principles.
Quick learner, able to swiftly adapt to new work environments.
Required Education, Qualifications, and Experience Settings:
Bachelor’s Degree:
Preferred Fields: Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
