Role & responsibilities :
Client Support acts as a liaison between both the technical and operations staff and the client. The Client Support Specialist is responsible for identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems. The Client Support Specialist will respond to telephone calls, email and personnel request for technical support; and will track and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
- Provide support for common and uncommon Web-Based Platforms
- Assist in basic user how-to training regarding common review platforms
- Provide in-bound telephone, email, IM client support in a call center/general office environment and troubleshoot the nature of the call.
- Gather requirements, provide troubleshooting, technical support and service support.
- Utilize the incident management process to acknowledge, route, escalate, and report on incidents that impact mission critical systems (Including issue resolution, documentation and communication)
- Collaborate with client support team and other functions to provide issue status
- Develop product knowledge and experience to maintain and contribute to knowledge base material working with Client Support Lead to document, troubleshoot, and escalate problems
- Ability to learn and support internal custom applications.
- Participate in on-call rotation
Required Skills
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and MS Outlook
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision with a high attention to detail
- Rapid and accurate data entry skills
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Citrix, and RSA with the ability to troubleshoot a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- High level understanding of infrastructure used in a 24×7 production environment, such as servers, storage, networking, and data center elements preferred
- Ability to multi-task, nimbleness and highly functional within a team environment
- Must be adaptable to work in a varied, fast paced exciting, ever changing environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
