Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
- Understand the Business of Ugam/ Merkle
- The person will assist the Project Managers or Senior Project Managers in setting up and executing projects assigned
- Ensure projects are executed in a seamless fashion with effective coordination with internal teams such as survey programming, data processing and coding teams and vendors (such as translators, sample providers etc.)
- Follow work allocation schedule and project plan.
- Tasks may include: − Testing online survey links − Sampling − Prepare project updates − Ensure quality measures are followed
- Keep the internal tools fully updated on a daily basis so that everybody can know exactly the status of a project by checking the tools
- Escalate any outstanding issue to supervisor as soon as identified
- Display skills to manage projects with limited supervision over a period of time (ideally between 3 – 6 months)
- Contribute to team meetings by being prepared and sharing ideas
- Adhere to procedures like communication protocols, operational practices / procedures, Information security practices, attendance procedures, etc.
