Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day operations:
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining the platform’s functionality and performance.
- Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with the technical team to address technical glitches and coordinate bug fixes.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide feedback for system enhancements.
- Data Entry as and when needed for Menu Upload.
- Handling the Super Admin Dashboard.
Assist in content moderation and quality assurance:
- Help monitor user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and policies.
- Collaborate with the content team to maintain a high standard of quality across the platform.
- Assist in reviewing and approving user-submitted content, ensuring it aligns with the platform’s vision.
- Contribute to community management and user engagement efforts.
Assist in engaging with platform users through various communication channels.
- Monitor user feedback and sentiments, and escalate important issues to the relevant teams.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote user-generated content and drive user participation.
- Assist in organizing and executing virtual events or challenges to encourage user interaction.
Support data analysis and reporting:
- Assist in collecting and analyzing user data to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement.
- Help generate regular reports on platform usage, user engagement, and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with the data team to develop insights and recommendations to enhance the platform experience.
Provide general administrative support:
- Assist with documentation, record-keeping, and filing.
- Help schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and prepare meeting materials.
- Collaborate with various departments to support cross-functional initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in food, social media, and technology.
