Job Requirements
- A relevant bachelor s degree or equivalent – Computer Science, IT, or Engineering are preferred
- Superior client service attitude and skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent presentation skills, written and oral communication skills, and solid organizational skills a required
- Superior proficiency/skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Background knowledge in programming or data management not required, but demonstrated critical thinking ability and a willingness to learn new technologies is critical
- Background with Microsoft SQL Server and Transact SQL a plus
- Desire to work on shifting schedules

Job description
- Assist Global Product Specialists with projects that can last from a few weeks to a few months
- Customize the product according to plan, within predefined time frame, workload, and specifications
- Implement client projects locally by recreating their specific environment (from both a core product and customisation perspective)
- Work closely with Product Specialist in client-facing regions to respond to client requests
- Follow best practices for different types of implementation
- Ensure highest quality of deliverables
- Proactively monitor and report project status to Project Manager and Team Lead
