Job Description
- Ownership of Key Supply Chain metrics such as Losses, pendency and recovery of lost shipments.
- Conduct periodic Business performance reviews along with Business finance teams/Design Teams/Product teams
- Focus on E2E innovations and execution of initiatives/ product features
- Conceptualize and own action items to improve service/speed/reliability/experience across Flipkart’s Product, Tech, Design, and Ground Operations teams
- Point person for liaising between Product / Tech / Finance/ Quality and Design teams
- Manage the planned events (spike in returns volumes) by employing the predefined and/or newly identified/ aligned levers
- Manage Asset operations by close monitoring of operations & designing the right playbooks
- Good understanding of supply chain management, operations management, process design
- Responsible for attribution of asset loss metrics and provide visibility to leadership on them
- Publish RCA in coordination with other teams with respect to loss, pendency and recovery and other metrics which is impacting performance
- Drive short/mid/long term projects for improvement in operations processes in collaboration with Design, Product, Tech, Analytics and all other stakeholder functions
