Responsible for the allocation, scheduling and coordination of campus drives. The person will be the SPOC between FNZ Group and placement cell of various colleges. The role will include reaching out to engineering and management colleges/universities and proceed with conducting the campus drive.
Who we’re looking for
Plan and execute campus recruitment drive.
Good reporting skills with MS excel
Proficiency in handling complex HR processes- Hands-on experience of working on multiple Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Providing follow-up correspondence to campus placement cell on recruiting status via phone and email
Co-ordinating campus recruiting activities.
Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
