Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding and Offboarding:

Prepare, distribute, and dispatch laptops and mobile devices for new joiners (onboarding) and leavers (offboarding).
Handle laptop imaging, installation, and configuration following the IT checklist.

IT Asset Management:

Maintain accuracy in the addition, modification, and removal of IT asset data.
Manage IT asset tracking tools and ensure data is up-to-date.

Vendor Management:

Coordinate with IT vendors for laptop procurement, delivery, and repairs.
Administer and complete vendor-related documentation.

IT Support & Incident Management:

Address IT-related requests and incidents from users in a timely manner.
Oversee IT infrastructure and provide general troubleshooting for the Bangalore Halodoc office, including bandwidth monitoring, on-premise systems, UPS, and peripherals.

Project Support:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation and rollout of ad-hoc projects.

Additional Support:

Assist supervisors/managers with requests on a case-by-case basis.

Requirements:

Diploma/B.E/B.C.A Graduates.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Mac OS.
Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP).
Understanding of office applications like Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
Basic knowledge of Linux commands is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a quick learner.
Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
Certifications in operating systems or networking (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco) are an advantage.
