Responsibilities:
- Participate in necessary project planning, requirements gathering, architecting, and design decision sessions.
- Work with Rivian project leadership to provide effort estimates for identified and agreed requirements.
- As needed, assist Rivian project leadership with the prioritization of agreed requirements
Document and maintain requirements and design details/stories in the agreed on a system of record
Develop solutions to agreed-on items inappropriate development non-production instances. - Conduct initial system testing to validate solutions meet established requirements.
- Promote accepted solutions from the development non-production instance to the appropriate testing non-production instance and conduct informal knowledge transfer to appropriate Rivian resources on potential test and validation options.
- Develop remediation solutions resulting from any UAT results.
- Provide necessary guidance and knowledge transfer to Rivian resources responsible for promoting the finalized solution to the Production ServiceNow instance.
- Conduct knowledge transfer to identified Rivian technical resources as prioritized
- Provide ongoing postproduction release support.
- To validate analyses (eg. Root Cause Analysis ,Trend Analysis) and reports to facilitate performance in tasks to be presented to key business stakeholders
- To ensure positive customer feedback and satisfaction thorugh active participation in customer meetings to understand any issues faced .
- To validate Change Order Implementation Plan and Human Error Compliance and participate in Capacity planning.
- To perform value addition activities (such as mentoring administrator or team members, preparing SOPs, maintaining effective documentation simultaneously and Knowledge sharing.)
- In addition act as a liaison to the business segment, facilitating effective communication and presentation to key business stakeholders as and when required.
- To ensure on-time resolution and quality compliance of escalated tickets or incident as per the agreed SLA.
