Designation: Voice Process
Qualifications: Graduate in any stream(Without any standing arrears).
Note: Only Candidates with UG RESULTS and DEGREE can attend the interview.
Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer accounts, identify outstanding debts and take timely action to encourage customers to make timely payments.
- Processed, Verified, and posted receipts for goods sold and services rendered.
- Generating reports and statements for internal use. Performs customer account reconciliation, including research of unapplied cash and credits to resolve disputes.
- Maintaining records regarding payments and accounts statuses.
- Researching and resolving customer discrepancies.
- Coordinating with other internal & external stakeholders to address customer queries.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and appropriate responses to disputes within turnaround time requirements defined by management.
- Engaging in ongoing education opportunities to update job knowledge.

Job Description:
- The order manager’s primary responsibility is to ensure the order is verified, keyed, submitted, completed, and flowed to billing.
