You will be responsible for managing desired strategic and business objectives through management of Vendors. You will serve by managing vendor invoicing, creating requisitions, document management, reports, communicating with vendors, and managing relationship with relevant stakeholders within HCL.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Commercial Managers, procurement, legal, accounts payable, accounts receivable and all relevant stakeholders.
Manage vendor invoicing, creation of requisition, and document management.
Ensure payments to the Vendors are made on time
Ensure all functions and processes are compliant with the Supplier Management Policy.
Managing and participating in audit requirements.
Creating management reports.
Manage all escalations in a professional manner and ensure superior customer service to all stakeholders.
Monitor feedback mechanisms for identifying areas of opportunity with all stakeholders.
You will also actively work/participate on other miscellaneous activities and processes managed by the HCL.
