Job description :
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Business Operations Project Coordinator to aid in the planning, organizing, and delivery of strategic business reviews, projects and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data principles and practices, as well as experience working with project management methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication.
Track OKR progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including business reviews, reporting, project plans, status reports, and assessments.
Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings.
Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Assist with preparation of necessary presentation materials for meetings.
Schedule meetings and create and distribute minutes to all stakeholders.
Manage distribution lists updates.
Track milestones and deliverables.
Develop and deliver communications, presentations, status updates, and reports.
Proactively manage changes in scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans.
Liaise with key stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
Assist in the documentation of Business Operations standards, policies, and procedures.
