HCLTech is hiring Fresher Male candidates for Customer Service Representative Role- 24DEC24.
- Non-Tech Role.
- Night shift.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels such as email, chat, and social media.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Work on non-voice processes including semi-voice processes like Decto5Dec24.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
