About Company : Hinduja Leyland Finance Ltd (HLF) was incorporated on November 12, 2008. Requirements and skills
- Fresher/Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Known Language: Hindi (desirable to know any south vernacular language along with Hindi), Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Oriya, Bengali, Marathi & Gujrati
- Comfortable working in shifts between 8Am-8Pm.
- Weekly rotational off, which can be on any day of week.

Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication scripts when handling different scenarios put forth by customers
- Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
