- Re-activation of STOP Traders who once trading with ICICIdirect.com but now stopped trading.
- While activation of these Non trader and Stop trader clients, providing full demo of the website with research calls, advisory to keep clients active and increase revenue.
- Cross selling other by products of Equity so that customer remain active month on month.
- Opening new accounts by taking reference from the Reactivated clients.
- Handling customer queries and ensuring complete customer satisfaction for the reactivated clients.
