  • Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions for review and follow-up.
  • Utilize computing and technical expertise and acumen to respond to customer inquiries.
  • Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service.
  • Inform customers on the steps to follow to exploit services of the company.

Job Brief

  • Handle customers problems, enquires, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide support to customers in multiple languages via phone, email, or chat.
  • Recognize and refer potential complaints that require support from supervisors.
  • Ensure that customer queries are addressed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Regularly update customer database with accurate information.

Requirements and Skills

  • Strong ability to communicate in multiple languages.
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Good working knowledge of computers and telephone systems.
  • Patience with customers and ability to handle tough situations.
  • Ability to work in shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
