- Sr. Windows Admin Skills
- L2 VMWare Skills
- Understanding and Remediation of the BHP Compliance Requirement
- Proficiency with ServiceNow & CMDB
- L2 AD & Group Policy Management
- Troubleshoot monitoring, Qualys, Splunk, AV, and any other third part agent installations
- Vulnerability Management & Remediation
- Windows Distributed Fileserver
- Patching Compliance SCCM Integration.
Job Description: Content and Technical writer
- Develop high-quality technical documents, including user manuals, guides, and release notes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create accurate documentation.

- Ensure adherence to ISO standards and maintain a clean, organized document management system.
