Infosys Off Campus Drive 2024 – Eligibility Criteria :
Responsibilities
- 1. Consolidate data from multiple systems to facilitate inventory availability check and order entry.
- 2. Perform various order management functions including order entry and expediting.
- 3. Provided accurate order entry, change order and detailed telephone information while maintaining call center objectives and goals.
- 4. Process a high volume of product orders via electronic distribution from order entry to shipment for revenue recognition.
- 5. Plan and pro-actively manage through SAP the entire process of fulfilling customer contracts from Order Entry to Collection.
- 6. Provided order management support for sales including order entry and order tracking using SAP.
- 7. Order entry, shipping, fill rate, and product availability management of orders.
- 8. Extensive intricate knowledge of SAP ERP system, including inventory, sales, and receivables and invoicing modules.
- 9. End to end knowledge on the Export process system – from ERP to interfaced systems.
- 10. Extensive knowledge on simple and complex contract under order booking and management.
