Service Desk Skills:
- The candidates must possess a B.E/B.Tech or Any Graduate
- Atleast 1 Year of Work experience.
Key Responsibilities:
To participate in an on-call rota, providing users with a 24-hour, first-line support service.
- To deliver a first-line support service via the Service Desk, receiving incidents and service requests from various routes, including telephone, intranet and e-mail.
- Update incidents with detailed and relevant information in a timely and effective manner;
- Provide updates to customers with regards to specific incidents and manage a trouble ticket through to resolution;
- Escalate an incident or troubleshoot tickets according to the company escalation processes;
- Ensure Customer Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded;
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner;
- Ensure appropriate documentation of the interaction on the customer account in the prescribed format
- Execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines
- Ensure customer/user confidentiality and data protection at all times

Job Description:
- Work experience on International Service Desk (Voice/ Chat)/ Technical support with good knowledge of VPN, O365, remote support, active directory, troubleshooting printer issues, Bit locker, MS teams
- Experience on Service Now or Remedy Control M, or similar ticketing tools with knowledge of ticket priority, severity
- Knowledge of Service requests and incidents and should be able to communicate the difference between Service Requests and Incidents.
- Aware of current role SLA and Metrics handled
- Talents should be based out of Pune
- Work from the Office is mandatory, with No option of hybrid and WFH
- Flexibility to work in 24*7 Shifts is mandatory
- Citrix experience is mandatory
