About Company : Invesco Technology Associates Program is a talent program aimed at recruiting small cohorts of highly skilled junior professionals into Invesco in order to deploy them into the organization
As a Technology Associate, you are expected to make an impact right from the start. Under the direct supervision of the Manager, you are responsible for working on Technology projects alongside global/ local teams or any other assigned projects from time to time and drive business results.
You will also go through rotations with various teams to gain exposure on the technical stack in the areas of Infrastructure Networking, ServiceNow, Unified Collaboration & Communication, Media Services, Server Virtualization, Enterprise Monitoring, Cloud Infrastructure, Environment and Workplace Management and Asset Protection and Threat Management, Business & Technology Process Automation, Database administration, CMDB (Configuration Management Database), Customer Experience.
This is a unique opportunity that you will experience here, which will prepare you well for a full-time opportunity with us. This full-time role will be determined through a collaborative conversation involving you, the iTAP sponsor, your advisor, and relevant business and HR personnel.

- Complete required classroom trainings, technology sessions, participate in ongoing assignments for technical.
- design and build software.
- Contribute to delivery of end-to-end technology solutions, build one or more of the following core capabilities(application development, web development, solution design, quality assurance)
- Work in scrum model to plan, design, implement, test and deploy all sort of technology solutions.
- Rotate within different product teams within the department over the course of the program
- Participate in ongoing cultural, technology and process training
- Collaborate with sponsors, mentors, business and HR personnel to understand business objectives & deliver
The Experience You Bring:
- Course work and relevant internship work, or work experience, or personal project experience demonstrating right
- aptitude, skills and learning agility
- Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with a network of colleagues spread across different time zones
- Resilient and innovative mindset; ability to challenge the status quo with new solutions
- Be willing to challenge the definition of a well-rounded technologist
- Good problem-solving skills and superb attention to detail
- Understanding of Python, AWS, Snowflake skills would be an added advantage.
- Shall be open to work flexible hours
