Job Description
- Leading the design and development of moulds for Moulded Fiber Products.
- Work with customers and mould manufacturers for designing, prototyping, trials, design and implementation of new moulds
- Ensuring that all the moulds meet quality and production standards
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in mould design and incorporate them into the design process
- To interact at multiple levels from brand manager to production manager and understand critical needs – incorporate in the design
- To work with the business team in setting up a design studio for mould prototyping and scouting for indigenous manufacturers of commercial moulds

Required Skills
- B.Tech/M Tech. in Mechanical Engineering
- Diploma/Certification in Design Engineering or related courses
- Experience in plastic injection moulding, die casting or related fields
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Solidworks, Pro E and other relevant design software
- Basic technical knowledge on multi-process such as Mechanical and Electrical operations
- Assessing Quality disturbance and carrying out analysis
- Innovative problem solving skills
- Good Communication/Soft skills

- Providing mentorship to subordinate for technical development
