Job Description & Responsibilities:-
LSEG is looking for an energetic and dynamic Onboarding support professional to join our global team. The candidate’s primary role will be responsible for certification and onboarding of FIX clients and brokers on our industry leading multi-asset class, multi-broker execution managements system (REDI EMS).
The right personality will match our ambitious, open, and focused culture, while putting the needs of our clients first and aiming to achieve the goals set by our management team.
- Work with internal and external teams to understand bespoke business workflows and translate them into a software solution.
- Regularly communicate with the tech teams of clients/brokers and their technology vendors
- Participate in various strategic projects ranging from the rollout of new functionalities on the platform to system improvements, regulatory changes, etc.
- Build knowledge of the financial marketplace and keep up with current industry trends.
- Contribute to knowledge management efforts.
- Complete required trainings – regulatory and otherwise
- Be willing to work in rotational shifts including US hours.
