About the Role:
The OTC Intern role involves supporting the end-to-end customer transaction process. Key responsibilities include analyzing customer payment trends, coordinating with various teams to resolve account issues, and communicating with customers via phone, email, and video. Tasks also include reconciling customer accounts, following up on overdue payments, updating billing information, and assisting with invoice generation.
