Partner with all the stakeholders, identify and track appropriate performance metrics, key performance indicators, and associated numbers for the business verticals
Creating automated dashboards for various functions and leadership teams to track real-time performance
Share timely automated reports to the respective stakeholders/city teams for their action and visibility
Create algorithms to extract the required information from the user base
Develop metrics and action points that can be used to drive performance improvement and scalability decisions across the organization
Work with large Datasets, and automate data extraction. Build monitoring/reporting dashboards, high-value, and automated Business Intelligence solutions
Prioritize and communicate user needs, make recommendations, and drive implementation for product or process changes. Identify and prioritize top challenges and key strategic growth opportunities

Experience & Required Qualifications
B.Tech from premier colleges with 1-4 years of experience in the Analytics domain
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience with SQL, R, and Excel/Sheets
Good understanding of mobile and internet products
