- Supports in managing a program or project across business, region, functions by coordinating all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial planning and scoping to execution, monitoring, and closure and facilitates effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conducts a thorough assessment of project/role expectations, aligning individual ambitions with organizational priorities, sets measurable milestones accordingly throughout the duration of the traineeship after communicating with (project) manager/mentor and other relevant stakeholders, seeks and provides regular feedback to enhance personal and project team performance.
- Conducts research by gathering and synthesizing data from multiple sources, analyzes data to identify key issues and trends and creates detailed reports and presentations to summarize findings and provide actionable insights for ongoing projects and initiatives.
