As an academic counselor, your primary responsibility is to assist students in achieving their academic and personal goals by providing guidance, support, and resources. *Qualifications:*
– A bachelor’s degree in counseling, education, psychology, or a related field (a master’s degree may be preferred).
– 6 months to 1 Year of experience into counseling
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Knowledge of academic policies and curriculum requirements.
– Empathy and the ability to provide sensitive and confidential support.
– Familiarity with career development resources and tools.
– Experience in academic advising or counseling is a plus.
