- Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

- Basic knowledge of software testing concepts such as Black-Box Testing, White-Box Testing, Regression Testing, and Smoke Testing.
- Familiarity with operating systems like Linux, Android, or Windows.

- Basic scripting knowledge in Python, Shell scripting, or similar technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities
As a Trainee Engineer, you will be involved in validating hardware and software systems to ensure product quality and reliability. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing both manual and automated system-level testing, including functional, performance, stress, and regression testing.
- Identifying software or hardware defects, documenting them clearly, and tracking them using bug management tools.
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of test plans, test cases, and validation procedures.
- Collecting and analyzing system logs to identify root causes of issues and collaborating with development teams for resolution.
- Verifying interactions between hardware components, firmware, and application software.
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks and scripts.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including hardware, firmware, software, and project management teams.
- Preparing and sharing test reports, performance metrics, and validation summaries with stakeholders.
- Setting up and maintaining test environments, laboratory equipment, and validation tools.
