Role Overview: We are excited to announce an upcoming opportunity for the position of Product Manager. Key Responsibilities:
A Product Manager will closely work with your agile team to manage the product road map and work with cross-functional teams to enhance your products. You will work on people insight products and guide the development and evolution of cutting-edge talent assessment products to help global companies attract, recruit, develop and retain outstanding talent.
Essential:
- Develop product sketches and user journeys as part of product discovery.
- Assist the creation of product roadmap based on a deep understanding of the target market and vision.
- Understand the broader product Solutions to ensure that cross-functional teams are delivering coherent and valuable feature sets for our users.
- Proactively provide business analysis, create, and maintain standard product documentation.
- Leverage techniques such as personas, stakeholder maps, customer journey maps, customer lifecycle maps, and user story mapping to develop and refine new product concepts.
- Utilize stakeholder and market feedback to scope, design and launch products which positively impact the professional lives of millions around the world.
