Job Description
- Work closely with the Hiring and Partnerships Manager to provide day-to-day administrative support.
- Manage event planning for employer events, including quarterly Meet & Greets and alumni engineering panels.
- Conduct research to power employer business development, including sourcing companies/contacts via LinkedIn and other tools and tracking apprenticeship/internship programs.
- Maintain various spreadsheets to help track employer business development, communications, and relationships.
- Maintain employer data for Full stack Academy Grad Leaders, our career management system for employers, students and alumni. This will involve updating/adding data, job postings, pulling resume books, pulling reports, and other projects.
- Assist with creation and distribution of email communications using HubSpot and other tools, including marketing emails to employers, alumni newsletters, and other emails to alumni.

Qualifications
- 2-4 years of demonstrated experience in a coordinator/administrative capacity.
- Exceptional organization skills and the ability to juggle many tasks and projects.
- Team player who is also able to operate autonomously and take ownership of tasks.
- Excellent oral and professional communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
- Ability to adapt to diverse student body with different backgrounds and provide outstanding customer service.
