Sutherland Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria :
- Any Graduate, B.B.A/ B.M.S in Management
- Any Postgraduate
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in RPA projects.
- Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc., is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of RPA concepts and best practices.
- Familiarity with process mapping tools and techniques.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages and database systems is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- RPA certification (e.g., UiPath Business Analyst Certification, Blue Prism Analyst Certification).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
- Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Analysis: Work with business units to understand their processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Requirements Gathering: Gather and document detailed business requirements for RPA projects, including process maps, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Feasibility Assessment: Assess the feasibility and impact of automating various processes and prioritize them based on business value.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with RPA developers to design automation solutions that meet business needs and align with technical capabilities.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the RPA development team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
- Testing and Validation: Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure that RPA solutions meet business requirements and perform as expected.
- Change Management: Support the implementation of RPA solutions by developing training materials, conducting training sessions, and facilitating change management activities.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of deployed RPA bots and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all RPA projects, including requirements, design documents, test plans, and user manuals.
