- Lead the First Mile & Middle Logistics for the entire FnV Category. This will include 50+ Collection Centers & 10+ Warehouses & 400+ dark stores (Pan India)
- Create & optimize the logistics plan to service 400+ dark stores across the country
- Drive vehicle utilization, logistics cost, availability & serviceability across the board
- Liaison with multiple teams – Supply chain, procurement, category, demand planning & finance for smooth operations
- Plan and implement new initiatives at Delivery Centres
Desired Skills
- Prior experience in Mid Mile Logistics & Vehicle Planning shall be preferred
- Deep understanding of Route & Cost optimization
- Expertise in Excel & sql
- Hands on experience in Stakeholder management
- Strong interpersonal skills are also essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas & levels of business
- Own the task completely & deliver insights & recommendations
