Minimum Qualification: Graduation

• Employment Type: Contractual
• Locations of Posting (1 position per Block):
• Blocks in Jharkhand – Musabani, Dumaria, Gurabandha
• Blocks in Odisha – Kamakhyanagar, Parjang, Kankadahada
• Reporting Relationship: Block Learning Coordinator—>Project Officer—>Project Manager

Key Deliverables:

• Oversee and review the activities of Support Teachers, FLN Volunteers, and Cluster Learning facilitators.
• Taking charge of all learning initiatives at the block level
• Planning and ensuring timely implementation of learning initiatives at the block level
• Capacity building of learning facilitators, Support Teachers, and FLN Volunteers of program staff
• Planning and conducting orientation of govt. teachers
• Rapport building and Liaisoning with BEO, CERCs, and related stakeholders
• Reviewing and Managing data and report on learning initiatives at the block level
• Monitoring and ensuring the quality of learning initiatives of the program
• Any other deliverables required by the program

Work experience in years: Minimum of 1 year’s work experience in the development sector.

Technical Skill Sets

• Proficient in MS Excel and data management

Behavioral Skill Sets:
