Job Description:
1. Debt Collection: Responsible for the timely collection of outstanding invoices and payments from customers in accordance with company policies and procedures.
2. Account Reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts, resolve billing discrepancies, and ensure accurate and up-to-date records of payments, credits, and adjustments.
3. Communication: Maintain regular communication with customers via phone calls, emails, and letters to follow up on outstanding invoices, resolve payment issues, and negotiate payment plans when necessary.
4. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and disputes related to billing and payment issues in a professional and courteous manner.
5. Credit Management: Evaluate credit risks associated with customers and recommend appropriate credit limits, payment terms, and collection strategies to minimize bad debt losses.
6. Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation related to collections activities, including payment receipts, collection letters, payment agreements, and credit applications.
7. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments, including sales, finance, and operations, to address rojections to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
