- Graduation required with good communication skills
- Manage incoming calls, handle complaints, and maintain customer records
- Salary based on communication skills and experience
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls of customers.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Eligibility

- 5 days working with rotational shifts and off.
