Job Description :
We are seeking a Trainee – GIS Conflation Support to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Graduate degree with a basic understanding of the GIS domain and strong English communication skills. This individual should be enthusiastic about learning new tools and supporting the training of AI/ML models. As a Trainee – GIS Conflation Support, you will primarily be responsible for training AI/ML models by identifying label locations, such as pole shadows, in imagery.
Responsibilities
- Train AI/ML models by accurately identifying label locations, such as pole shadows, in imagery data.
- Annotate imagery data with relevant labels to facilitate AI/ML model training and validation.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of labeled data by reviewing and validating annotations.
- Learn and become proficient in using GIS tools and AI/ML platforms for data annotation and model training.
- Maintain detailed documentation of labeling procedures, guidelines, and best practices.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in GIS technology, AI/ML methodologies, and electrical distribution networks.
- Provide feedback to improve labeling processes, tools, and workflows for increased efficiency and accuracy.
