Job Description
General Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and gather relevant information from various sources. Validate the accuracy and completeness of the data
- Develop and maintain standardized and ad-hoc reports to assist program team in understanding key findings, risks, and opportunities
- Utilize data analysis techniques to uncover insights, identify anomalies, and recognize patterns within the data to identify fraud
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline data gathering processes and improve efficiency
- Publish sales performance reports in terms of calls made, average talk time, best conversion rates from leads to payments
- Work closely with teams, such as finance, marketing, product, finance partners to access relevant data availability and ensure consistency in reporting
- Monitor service delivery metrics for degree programs right from sales, onboarding, orientation, live lectures, results
- Ensure maintenance of of learner level data for revenue reporting and plotting of repeat revenues in the future
Specific Responsibilities :
- Hands-on experience on SQL
- Conceptual understanding of basic statistical concepts (Sampling, Distributions, Central tendency, Hypothesis testing etc)
- Ability to identify relevant data to solve business problems and (in)validate hypothesis
- Prior experience with marketing platform such as moengage, clevertap would be good to have
- Prior experience with online higher education preferred
