Job Description
- Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure quality standards are achieved.
- Audit calls and Virtual sessions as per the process requirements.
- Participates in the design of call monitoring formats and quality standards.
- Compile and analyze statistical data.
- Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management staff review.
- Process audit on a day to day basis, business process management projects/ initiatives.
- Support to deliver business operations improvement projects/ initiatives, and/ or tasks as that required in the team
- Proactively recommend improvement opportunities in operations practices
What we are looking for?
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency).
- Proven experience in call quality analysis.
- Approachable and vibrant personality.
- Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy.
- Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.
- Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines
- Microsoft excel knowledge is a must
- Education: Graduate
- Hands-on experience on AI tools will be preferred
