Job Description
In accordance with the R&D stakes and strategy,
- Is in charge of the development of In House Tools when no commercial tools are available
- Is in charge of maintenance and help desk support of In House Tools after go live
Responsibilities
- Develop Tools
- Manage tool project globally
- Define functional and technical specifications with key users’ help
- Develop software according to BG Methods&Tools projects development charter
- Apply Methods&Tools development standards (Serena Version Manager, Purify, coding rules)
- Manage sub contractors for projects needs
- Manage risks and associated action plans to deliver on time projects outputs
- Deliver validation plan, administration guides and training modules
- Provide support
- Help desks services for attention of key users in a QRQC mindset
- Deliver software update on a regular basis (Quarter)
- Update validation plans taking into account lessons learnt from incidents recorded in the ticketing data base
- Attend Key Users meetings
- Train users and ensure best practices knowledge
