Job Description
As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for two key areas :
Supplier Governance:
- Develop and implement robust supplier governance frameworks to ensure compliance with organisation policies, legal requirements, and industry standards
- Regularly review and update supplier governance policies and procedures to reflect changes in regulations and best practices
- Conduct risk assessments on existing and potential suppliers, identifying and mitigating risks to the procurement process and the business
- Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and audits to ensure adherence to contractual obligations, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to understand business needs, drive improvement, enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize supplier performance
Contract Management:
- Negotiate, draft and execute supplier, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements
- Monitor contract performance, track key milestones, and manage contract modifications
